Shipping & Returns


Free shipping is offered on all orders $25 and over. For all orders under $25 there is a flat-rate shipping fee of $3.99. At this time we only ship to the United States and US territories. The shipping method and package type used will depend on a number of factors, including the value and quantity of cards ordered, and if there are any non-card items in the order. We take great care to ensure that each and every card arrives safely, using sleeves, toploaders, team bags, card savers, and whatever other methods we see fit to ensure the best protection during transit.


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, including all sleeves, toploaders, team bags, etc. that were included with the order.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. If the return is due to a defective item, or an item damaged in transit, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. For all other returns, return shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
